I am happy that Bipasha Basu has talked about this matter. Bipasha Basu feels that Aishwarya Rai is the only Bollywood actress known to Hollywood. This matter alone has made for the Bollywood actresses to be very difficult to get any chance in Hollywood movie. Bipasha Basu said that she has tried her luck but no one knows her in Hollywood. In fact, they only know Aishwarya. So, it is very dificult for any actress in Bollywood to get good chance in Hollywood. Well, to be honest with you, I think that actresses like Bipasha Basu do not deserve to be featured in Hollywood. Bipasha Basu is famous for her sex appeal. She is very good at decreasing her cloths in the movies. If you look at her official website then you can understand. She should give more effort on improving her acting skill; rather than being a hot and sexy actress. Bipasha Basu should care to be a better actress; rather than becoming a hot property.

“No filmmakers of Hollywood are willing to sign any Bollywood actor without a screen test apart from Aishwarya. They seem to know no Hindi film actors, not even Amitabh Bachchan,” Bipasha told IANS.

“I got a chance to go there, but I found out that I will have start again from scratch like screen tests and other tantrums. They treat you like a newcomer. So I decided to stay in Mumbai and be the ‘queen’ here,” said the actress who was in town to promote Bachna Ae Haseeno.

The relationship between Cannes film festival and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is nothing new. You might have already heard about the upcoming world tour of Bachchans. The Unforgettable concerts now seem to be full of Bollywood mega stars. Besides Bachchan trio: Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwary Rai Bachchan, the stars like Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit will be seen performing in various venues of concerts.

Says a source close to the Bachchans, “Saif and Shahid showed absolutely no hesitation in joining the Bachchans on their tour. The price being offered was fine and the dates for the venues where they’ll perform were worked out to their convenience.
As for Madhuri it’d be the easiest thing in the world for her to join the Bachchans for the concerts in the US since that’s where she lives.”

Though the Bachchans are going to remain in the center of all attention, it is not yet confirmed if Jaya Bachchan would join her family members on the tour. Since the much-awaited marriage between Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan last year, the media has been abuzz with Aishwarya Ria Bachchan’s speculated pregnancy news. However, proving all these rumors false, the actress has recently declared that she is going to star world tour along with her Kajra Re team and her family members including husband Abhishek Bachchan and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan. Mother-in-law Jaya Bachchan could also be with them on the tour.

Kajra Re is a popular music score from 2005 movie Bunty Aur Babli. Aishwarya, Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan all performed together in that music score. Aishwarya’s dancing was critically acclaimed in the song. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan later on performed with this song on the stage. However, Aishwarya is going to perform on the stage once again with this song on her world tour, but this is going to be the first time after her marriage.

Bachchan family is not going to celebrate the upcoming Holi festival because of the death of Teji Bachchan, the mother of Amitabh Bachchan. A few days ago, Amitabh’s wife Jaya Bachchan cleared that there would not be any Holi celebration this year because of the death of her mother-in-law a few months back. Both Amitabh and Jaya was attended a book-launching ceremony held in the capital of the country. The book “Icons: Men & Women Who Shaped Today’s India” by Anil Dharkar was unveiled on the ceremony. Among the 20 iconic figures featured in the book includes Amitabh Bachchan. However, to Jaya Bachchan, her grandson is her icon. Jaya Bachchan did not forget to give the credit to all the member of Bachchan family when asked if she would give the credits to her husband for all of her happiness.

When asked about her icon, Jaya said, “My grandson is my icon”.

Asked if she would give credit to her husband for her happiness, Jaya said, “Of course. In fact I will give credit to my entire family – my kids, my son-in-law (Nikhil Nanda), daughter-in-law and my grandchildren (Agastya and Navya Naveli) for my happiness.”

She added that real happiness comes from “positive thinking and one should be always positive in life”.

The Big B features as one of the 20 icons in Dharker’s book, and when the journalists asked her about her husband’s iconic status, Jaya smiled and said: “Ghar ki murgi daal barabar (familiarity breeds contempt).”

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has finally agreed to play the female lead role of the Tamil movie titled Robot. Directed by S. Shankar, the movie will also feature Rajnikanth in its male lead role. It has been reported that, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be paid Rs 6 crores that will make her the highest paid actress of India. It was earlier reported that Aishwarya might come of this movie deal as director S. Shankar wanted to shoot Aishwarya’s portion in the movie over the two years, which the actress was reluctant to do. Now, according to recent reports, the director has agreed to shoot Aishwarya’s scenes first. So, it will not take much time from Aishwarya to complete her shooting for the movie.

But Shankar has agreed to shoot Ash’s scenes first, and then move on to Rajnikanth’s portions.

According to sources, Ash will be getting Rs 6 crores for this film, the highest an actress has ever received for a film.
