After long waiting, Salman Khan’s fans will see their favorite actor once again on the big screen. This time, Salman Khan is playing the role of a courageous warrior named Veer. Salman Khan’s Veer is a historical movie, set in British period. Veer tells the story of courageous Indian tribe called the Pindaris and Salman Khan is the bravest warrior of the tribe. The movie also has a romantic angle. In the movie, actress Zarine Khan paired up with Salman Khan. The script of the movie has been written by Salman Khan twenty years ago but at that time he did not have the capability to shoot the movie. Prior to making this movie, Salman Khan showed the script to his father, Salim Khan, who is also a noted script-writer. He said that it was a good story. Veer was extensively shot in Rajasthan and London and it is quite an expensive movie. It took around Rs.440 million to produce the movie. Galani Moviez production and Eros International Media Ltd jointly produced the movie and Anil Sharma who also  directed the movie. Anil also directed hit movies like Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. The year 2009 has been quite good for Salman Khan. His action movie, Wanted, became very successful and once again, the actor will be playing a hard hitting action role. Now, the biggest question is whether the movie Veer will do well at the box office or not.

Today is special day for Bollywood actor Salman Khan because on 27^th December he has turned into 44 years. Fans are excited to know that how Salman Khan will celebrate his birth. Now, he is busy to make his new movie ‘Veer’. His fans are expected that he will take rest from shooting and celebrate the day with his friends and family members what the other actors and actresses normally do. Everything will be arranged privately. I can not see any fault about it because they can spend one day only for their own.

Salman Khan should miss his girl friend Katrina Kaif who is now in London. Katrina Kaif is recovering from a surgery. I still don’t know about his plan. I think we can know about his birthday party later.

One news I have found from Bollywood hungama is that Indian actress Katrina Kaif will undergo surgery. It makes me curios to know the actual reason. What happened to Katrina Kaif? Why she will go under surgery? I have not found the answers of these two questions. But she was admitted into the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai early this week. After taking admission into the hospital she was not seen any public gathering. She was advised to take full bed rest. Despite the fact she was seen appearing at a wedding and the Triumph lingerie show in the past fortnight.

Katrina Kaif has given some hit movies this year like New York, Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and De Dana Dan. Her boy friend Salman Khan is now busy with promoting with “Veer” movie.

In his up coming movie, Veer, Salman Khan played the role of a courageous Pindari warrior named Veer. It is a periodic movie and in order to make his character authentic, Salman Khan went great length. He even brought some descendants of the Pindari warriors to prepare for his character. His action director, Tinu Verma, actually sought out these descendants and learned their combat style and he taught Salman Khan. While he was training Salman Khan, he also hired some of the descendants. Daily News Analysis reports:

“A source reveals: “Tinu Verma scouted areas that were once the home of the Pindaris and found a couple of descendants. Tinu, who also put in a lot of research, observed their body language and learnt their tactical warfare strategies. The Pindaris, who taught Tinu, were on board when he in turn coached Salman.””

Salman also confirmed the news and said that as he had played the role of a Pindari warrior it is natural that he meets the members of the clan and learn their body language and their way of fighting and admitted that Tinu had been a great help to prepare him for the role. Veer is Salman Khan’s dream project. He worked for twenty years to prepare the script. It is a periodic movie and tells the story of a clan named Pindari based in central India. The movie will be released on January 22, 2010.

Famous Bollywood actor, Salman Khan, is now busy promoting his upcoming movie, Veer. Already, the promotional tailor of the movie has been released over the internet and various cable channels and it has generated lots of positive enthusiasm among the audience especially, the Salman fans. The actor says, “The action sequences involve hundreds of fighters, 1,000 plus horses, hundreds of elephant and camels, including huge sequences such as, a train robbery and a full-fledged war on the battlefield with a combat between troops.

At times approximately 500 members of the art department worked at a time to erect various sets taking from 15-40 days to construct.”

Veer is an epic love-war movie set in the British period. It tells the story of Veer, a courageous warrior, played by Salman Khan, who fought against the British oppression in India. In this movie, along with Salman Khan, new actress, Zarine Khan played the female lead. The film was directed by Anil Sharma who was referred to by Salman Khan’s girlfriend, Katrina Kaif. Salman is very happy the way Anil Sharma directed and handled such a big movie. The shooting of Veer started in August 2008 and it had been extensively shot on Rajasthan and London. Now, Salman’s fans are eagerly waiting to see the movie in 2010.

2009 is perhaps an unlucky year for Bollywood star Salman Khan. Do you ask me why? In this year, he has acted many films but only one or two got box office hit.
